Water with a low pH can create many problems including corrosion of metal piping, green/blue deposits on sinks, tubs and toilets and often a metallic taste to your water. Any water with a pH below 7 is considered acid. When pH is measured at or below 6.5 an Acid Neutralizing filter is often used to bring the pH up to 7 or above. Acid Neutralizing filters are simple devices that use Calcite and Corosex media to raise the pH of your water. Acid Neutralizing filters are easy to install and maintain. aQuatell carries a comprehensive line of these products.
