Email

It's the preferred communication style of many people today and we're always delighted to receive an email inquiry at aQuatell. When you submit an inquiry using any of the forms on our website, you can expect a meaningful and thorough response typically within 2 hours as long as the inquiry has been made between 9am - 4:30pm EST Monday to Friday.  Inquiries received outside of this time will often be responded to within the same time frame, but we're not able to promise this service level.

Telephone

Every phone call placed to our toll free number is answered by a real person who answers the phone right here in North America. No overseas call centers, no annoying automated phone systems. Call anytime between 8am - 8pm EST Monday to Friday and you'll speak live to our receptionist. Simply tell her why you're calling and she'll direct your call to the appropriate department. If that person or department is busy, she'll take your contact information and ensure you get a return call as soon as possible.

Knowledge

With so many products sold on the internet by uninformed dealers, it's refreshing to know that one of aQuatell's top goals is the education of our sales and support staff to delivery efficient and accurate information to our customers. When you speak to somebody at aQuatell about water purification equipment, it's a product they've dealt with many times and every sales and support agent is a Certified Water Specialist. This is a rigorous program designed and administered by the Water Quality Association which incorporates water chemistry, needs analysis, system design, and technical troubleshooting. All of this ensures you receive timely and accurate advice to solve your water problem.
