Please continue to have your water tested at regular intervals even after a water purification device is installed. It is the only way to ensure that your water purification device is working, and that your water is safe to consume.

Product Return Policy

Any product that is not marked or otherwise indicated as a special order product may be returned to aQuatell within 30 days of purchase.  A proof of purchase date is required.  Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and must be returned in re-sellable state. To return a product please contact aQuatell by phone 1-866-735-AQUA or by email support@aquatell.com so that we may issue a Return Authorization Number and provide shipping instructions.

Some products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  The original shipping and handling fees, as well as the return shipping charges are non-refundable.
