The Doulton UltraCarb filter cartridge uses the same silver impregnated ceramic shell as the Sterasyl and adds a specialized 1-micron carbon block core. The carbon block core removes chlorine, pesticides, and lead while the ceramic outer shell removes sediment, bacteria, and cysts such as cryptosporidium (crypto) and giardia.

This Doulton UltraCarb filter cartridge is compatible with all standard 10" filter housings making it a very versatile water purification option.
