Pentek EP 5-Micron Carbon Briquette Filter Cartridges

The Pentek EP Carbon Briquette cartridge is the workhorse of the Pentek Carbon filter offering.  It's unique structure ensures maximum utilization of the carbon for outstanding taste & odor reduction including that caused by chlorine.  With a 5-micron rating this cartridge can also handle a significant amount of sediment with minimal loss of pressure or performance.

Pentek P Spun Polypropylene Filter Cartridges

The Pentek P series filter cartridges are made from 100% spun polypropylene.  These filter cartridges are designed for purity and chemical compatibility.  The Pentek P filter cartridges will not impart any taste, odor, or color to the water being filters.  Polypropylene is naturally resistant to bacterial attack making these filters and excellent choice for water of unknown microbial content.

Pentek RFC Radial Flow Carbon Filter Cartridges

The Pentek RFC Radial Flow Carbon filters are used where carbon filtration is desired and high flow rates are required.  The RFC filter cartridges are constructed of a bed of granular activated carbon sandwiched between a spun polypropylene outer shell and an inner core.  These filter cartridges are often used for de-chlorinating water.

Pentek R Pleated Polyester Sediment Cartridges

The Pentek R Series filter cartridges are made from polyester fabric making them a very versatile, rugged, and chemical/bacteria resistant filter choice.  In some applications cartridges can be removed and rinsed for greater lifespan.  The Pentek R series sediment cartridges are available in a 30 micron and 50 micron rating.

Pentek EPM 10-Micron Carbon Filter Cartridges

The Pentek EPM Carbon Briquette cartridge is a modified version of the very popular Pentek EP Series.  The EPM is rated at 10-microns and for this reason is able to handle higher flow rates with lower pressure drop.  It's unique structure ensures maximum utilization of the carbon for outstanding taste & odor reduction including that caused by chlorine.  With a 10-micron rating this cartridge can handle a significant amount of sediment with minimal loss of pressure or performance.

Pentek C Carbon Impregnated Cellulose Filters

The Pentek C Series are constructed of a pleated cellulose sediment filter that is impregnated with powdered activated carbon.  Known as a "dual" purpose filter Pentek C Series cartridges are used on chlorinated supplies where taste/odor and sediment need to be removed from the water.

Pentek CBC 0.5 Micron Carbon Briquette Filter Cartridges

Pentek CBC Carbon Briquette filter cartridges are used where the taste & odor removing properties of carbon are required along with filtration down to 0.5 micron. These filters are typically used as a polishing filter and will reduce Giardia, Cryptosporidium, Entamoeba, and Toxoplasma cysts, along with fine sediments.

Pentek Coconut Carbon Filter Cartridges

Pentek ECP Pleated Cellulose/Polyester Sediment Cartridges

The Pentek NCP Series are constructed of a pleated non-cellulose sediment filter that is impregnated with powdered activated carbon.  Known as a "dual" purpose filter Pentek C Series cartridges are where taste/odor and sediment need to be removed from the water.  Because these filter cartridges do not contain cellulose they can be used on non-chlorinated water supplies.

Pentek Polydepth Sediment Filter Cartridges

The Pentek Polydepth series filter cartridges are made from 100% thermally bonded spun polypropylene.  The Polydepth filter cartridges are very similar in properties to the P Series except that they offer higher filtering efficiency, minimal fiber migration, and greater structural rigidity.

Pentek S1 Pleated Cellulose Sediment Filter Cartridges

Pentek S1 Series cartridges are made from a pleated cellulose material and are designed for general water filtration purposes on chlorinated water supplies.  The pleated design offers high dirt holding capabilities at an affordable price point.  All Pentek S1 Series cartridges are rated to 20 microns.
