Pentek S1-20BB pleated cellulose sediment water filter is designed for general water filtration purposes. It is rated at 20 microns and intented for use on chlorinated water supplies. The Pentek S1-20BB is used to remove suspended solids from water and fits in most 20" Big Blue filter housings.
Product Description
The Pentek S1-20BB pleated sediment water filter cartridge is used for removing suspended solids from water. The Pentek S1-20BB is constructed of pleated cellulose that is bonded on the ends to thermoset plastisol. The sediment filter is given added strength by a polypropylene core. An outer plastic netting helps to maintain uniform pleat spacing under many flow conditions. The Pentek S1-20BB pleated sediment filter is designed for use on chlorinated water supplies. It is rated for 20 micron and is an economical way to reduce sediment load in a water supply.
