Product Description
The Pentek S1 pleated sediment water filter cartridge is used for removing suspended solids from water. The Pentek S1 is constructed of pleated cellulose that is bonded on the ends to thermoset plastisol. The sediment filter is given added strength by a polypropylene core. An outer plastic netting helps to maintain uniform pleat spacing under many flow conditions. The Pentek S1 pleated sediment filter is designed for use on chlorinated water supplies. It is rated for 20 micron and is an economical way to reduce sediment load in a water supply.
