The PURA® Under Sink ECP & UVB series are part of the Pura Under Sink water purifiers. On one hand, the Pura ECP series consist of a unit that is built as a single slim yet sturdy housing that can hold a UV lamp inside an exclusive Pura "extended pass" 1/2 micron carbon block filter. It runs at 1 gallon per minute, uses 10 watts of electrical power, and functions as an innovative single-pass water treatment system that removes bacteria, contaminants, and cysts that are frequently found in untreated water supply.
On the other hand, the Pura UVB series runs at 2 gallons per minute, uses 14 watts of electrical power, and are known as a much heavier UV lamp housing with additional features, including UV purification and sediment and carbon filteration.
