Website Use Policy

At aQuatell we strive to accurately describe all the products represented on our website. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that information is up-to-date and error-free and that all pictures accurately reflect the product being sold. For many different reasons, including unannounced running changes made by manufacturers, some of the text and images on our website may be incorrect. In other cases some product information may be missing. aQuatell makes no warranties as to the accuracy of any information on our website and assumes no liability for omissions or errors.  aQuatell reserves the right to change our product prices without notice.

We recommend that the manufacturer-provided owner's manual is read for all products and that manufacturer recommendations are followed prior to and during the installation of the water purification device. Please ensure that your local plumbing and building codes are followed in the installation of the water purification device.

While purchasing a water purification device is an important step in ensuring safe, clean drinking water, aQuatell stresses that there is no substitute for regular, professional testing of your water supply. Please continue to have your water tested at regular intervals even after a water purification device is installed. It is the only way to ensure that your water purification device is working, and that your water is safe to consume.

Product Return Policy

Any product that is on our website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  NSF certified UV systems are not covered by this policy. You are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. Once we receive it, we will refund the product cost, but not the original outbound shipping cost. Products that are special ordered (any item not on the site) can usually be returned but are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you want to return a purchase, please fill out this form

Warranty Policy

Most of the products sold at aQuatell carry a manufacturers warranty.  aQuatell acts as the representative of this warranty.  A warranty claim can be started by filling out this form.  Once it is established that your product qualifies for warranty replacement we will ask you to return the defective product to us.  Once we have received the defective product, and established that it is indeed defective, we will issue a warranty replacement.  If the customer wants aQuatell to ship the warranty part before we have received the defective part, the customer can purchase the replacement and once aQuatell has received the defective part we can issue a refund.

Shipping

aQuatell uses a broad variety of carriers due to the breadth of products we offer.  Small parcels bound for the U.S. will ship from one of our U.S. distribution points and will typically be carried by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or occasionally USPS.  Small parcels bound for Canadian destinations ship from one of our Canadian distribution points and are typically carried by Purolator, UPS, or occasionally Canada Post.  Large items, such as water softeners are shipped using LTL (less than truckload) services.  In the U.S. we usually use Echo Logistics.  In Canada we usually use Day & Ross.  If a delivery point is in close proximity to our distribution centers we may use a local courier company for delivery of any of our products both large and small.
