Product Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures your UV system runs safely and effectively:
- UV Lamp: Replace every 12 months (9,000 hrs)
- Quartz Sleeve: Replace every 24 months or if damaged/un-cleanable
- Quartz Sleeve Cleaning: At least once a year during lamp change
- O-Rings/Seals: Inspect annually, replace as needed
Lamp Care & Disposal
Some UV lamps contain a small amount of mercury, similar to household fluorescent bulbs. When replacing your lamp, please dispose of it responsibly by following your local municipal or provincial recycling guidelines. Many communities offer Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) drop-off programs or recycling depots that accept UV lamps.

- Ships from North America
- Free Shipping – On most orders over $199 (before tax).
- Flat Rates – $17.99 under $199, plus $9.99 handling fee if under $50.
- Exceptions – Hawaii & Alaska: $75 flat fee
- Delivery Time – Usually ships next business day, most orders arrive within 5 business days.
Return Policy
- Most items returnable within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- Non-returnable items – Replacement UV ballasts, power supplies, sensors, and similar electrical components.
- Aquatell Errors – No restocking fee, and shipping costs refunded.
- Return Shipping Costs – Customer responsibility (unless error caused by Aquatell).
