aQuatell Shipping

Researching, finding, and purchasing a product on the aQuatell website is a job half complete - we still need to get the product into your hands. It is our responsibility to provide timely and affordable delivery to our customers. We do this by a number of means, and have outlined our policies and procedures below.

Qualifying For Free Shipping

Any order placed on the aQuatell.com website totalling $99 or less is subject to a $19.99 flat shipping fee. This fee applies to all U.S. States and Canadian Provinces except those listed below as exemptions.

Any order placed on the aQuatell.com website totalling $100 or more, before taxes, qualifies for free shipping. This free shipping policy applies to all U.S. States and Canadian Provinces except those listed below as exemptions.

Shipping Exemptions:

Hawaii - Flat $49 shipping charge on all orders

Alaska - Flat $49 shipping charge on all orders

Nunavut - Flat $49 shipping charge on all orders

Northwest Territories - Flat $49 shipping charge on all orders

Yukon Territories - Flat $49 shipping charge on all orders

For heavy or very large items shipped to the exempted States and Provinces, aQuatell may charge more than the flat fee stated above. In these cases special shipping charges will be added during the checkout process. aQuatell reserves the right to make modifications to these policies as deemed necessary.

Our Warehouses

aQuatell ships our products from a number of warehouses in the United States and Canada.  Orders that are bound for the U.S. ship from one of our U.S. warehouses.  Orders bound for Canadian addresses are shipped from our Canadian facility - this avoids delays, duties, or unexcpected charges.

Our Carriers

With the breadth of products we sell, and the large geography we cover, aQuatell partners with a number of freight carries in the United States and Canada. Most U.S. purchases are shipped by UPS regular ground service.  In Canada most purchases are shipped by UPS Ground or Purolator.

For large and/or heavy shipments within the United States or Canada that cannot be delivered by the standard carriers listed above, we will use a local less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier.

When a delivery address is within very close proximity to our shipping warehouse, we may use a local parcel/freight carrier other than the carriers listed above.

Time In Transit

Most orders received by aQuatell will be shipped outbound the following business day. Time in transit varies by carrier, warehouse location, and customer address. The majority of products purchased on the aQuatell website will be delivered within 5 business days from the date of purchase. If a product is out of stock we will inform the customer as quickly as possible and will provide an ETA and/or an alternative product suggestion. Due to the many factors that affect delivery time, aQuatell makes no promise or guarantee regarding the time it takes to receive any order.

Shipping Damage

Despite our best packing efforts, some orders may be damaged in shipment. When a customer receives an order it is his/her responsibility to:

1- refuse shipment if the package is clearly damaged

2 - immediately inspect the outer packaging and contents for shipping damage

3 - report this damage to aQuatell within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to report the shipping damage within 24 hours of product delivery makes it impossible for aQuatell to make a claim with the carrier, and in turn makes it impossible for us to reimburse the customer for shipping damage.

Even if you do not intend to install the product right away, any damaged product must be reported to aQuatell within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping Errors

If you believe you have been shipped the wrong product, have been short-shipped, or if any other product or quantity error has occurred, this must be reported to aQuatell within 72 hours of product delivery. aQuatell will not correct any of these described shipping errors if notification is not provided to us within 72 hours of product delivery.
