In addition to fine particulate matter, the Sterasyl ceramic water filter candle will remove bacteria, cysts, an turbidity.

This Doulton ceramic filter candle can be used in many gravity fed filtration systems including: Doulton, British Berkefeld, Big Berkey, NewtonWater, AquaCrock, CWR Travel Filter, Katadyn, AquaRain, Epic, La Natural, and Artesa.
