Falcon stainless flex connectors are different than the braided steel adapters you may have seen before at the hardware store. Falcon connectors retain their shape when you bend them the way you want them. You can twist and turn them in any conceivable pattern and they will stay that way. Falcon connectors offer full flow - if a Falcon adapter has a 3/4" fitting on the end this means the entire length of the adapter is a full 3/4" bore. Braided connectors may fit onto a 3/4" pipe but they have a much smaller inside diameter - this means they will impart a flow restriction.
