Product Return & Warranty Claims
If you'd like to return a product that you have purchased within the past 30 days or are looking to make a warranty claim, please fill out the form below. But before you do, there are a few things we need to mention:
- Some items may not be eligible for return.
- Depending on the reason for your return, it may be your responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. We will not cover return shipping costs due to customer preference/change of mind.
- For warranty claims, if the purchase date is outside of the manufacturers specified warranty period, there may be little we can do to help.
- Products should be returned in their original package as much as possible.
