The combination of up-flow regeneration and HV resin also means that incredible efficiencies can be obtained. The Citymaster PRO can regenerate using as little as 21 gallons of water and 3 pounds of salt achieving a Softener Efficiency Rating (SER) of 5,000 grains per pound of salt used.

The best connector is the one that matches your home’s existing plumbing size. This minimizes the number of extra plumbing connectors you’ll need to purchase. For DIY installations, “flex” connectors and connectors with push-to-connect (PTC) fittings can save tons of time and effort. Make sure you fully understand how to measure your existing pipes to ensure you match the sizing correctly.
